Kristen Callanan, BSN, RN, CANS, CLT, LE
Kristen is a Registered Nurse, Master Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Licensed Esthetician and Owner of RENEW Medical Aesthetics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from UMASS Lowell, is a state board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), and holds a medical Esthetician degree including laser training from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics.
Robyn L Bianco, RN, MS, ANP-BC
Robyn is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 4 years of injecting experience. She has worked in women’s health, specifically obstetrics and gynecology, for more than 20 years. Robyn truly finds joy in advocating for and helping women feel their best inside and out. During her healthcare career, she started to provide medical esthetic services. She performed CO2 Mona Lisa vaginal laser treatments for vaginal health, BTL Emsella treatments for incontinence, therapeutic Botox for migraines and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and cosmetic Botox for facial enhancement. She is neurotoxin (Botox) and dermal filler trained through National Laser Institute, Audrey Rose Institute of Medical Aesthetics and The Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts.
Her goal is to enhance your natural features, increase your confidence and help you maintain a youthful glow. Robyn takes pride in her natural approach to ensure you never look overdone.
Allison Braverman, LE
Allison graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2005. She currently holds a Type 6 esthetic license and has her Holistic Practitioners Certification. Allison specializes in advanced facial treatments, eyebrow shaping, and Brazilian waxing. She also customizes at-home skincare regimens using medical-grade skincare products tailored to her clients needs. Staying up to date with industry trends and trainings, Allison truly enjoys educating each client while giving them a relaxing, results-driven treatment.
Colleen Shea, LE
Colleen is a practicing licensed Aesthetician. She has a long history in the beauty industry working in both salons and medical spa settings. Colleen is a graduate of Elizabeth Grady Esthetics and Massage School. She is also Reikki certified. She specializes in several areas including custom facials, dermalinfusion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, precision waxing & brow shaping - to name a few! Colleen's main goal when treating her clients is to focus on each individuals targeted needs and to design treatment plans that can be combined with home regimens so her clients can obtain their desired results. Her whole mind-body approach towards skincare helps clients reach their maximum peak of skin health.
Jodi Hahn, Practice Manager
Jodi brings her effective leadership, business management, health and wellness and exceptional customer relations experience to RENEW. Educated at Villanova University, she is certified in Six Sigma Business Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing with a focus in Healthcare. Her studies included business analytics, business planning, organizational assessments, performance planning and project management. Her 18+ years in various corporate roles centered on creating successful teams and redesigning workflows are a valuable addition to our team.
Jodi oversees all aspects of the Practice; the daily operational and administrative functions of our business, while also ensuring that everything we do equates to providing the highest level of care to our clients.

Jenn is a beauty enthusiast who has always had a love for skincare and every aspect of the beauty industry. She attended UMASS Dartmouth with a major in business and came to RENEW after owning and operating her own business for 20 years while raising three children. Providing outstanding customer service in her day-to-day activities and making sure clients are happy is her passion.
